This pivotal role not only laid the foundation for her career but also ignited her dedication to ensuring transparency and precision in trust account management.

With 38 years of experience under her belt, Helen has specialised in trust accounting, becoming an established expert in navigating the complexities of trust account management. Her extensive knowledge has allowed her to develop innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring their operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In 2004, Helen took a bold step and founded Complete Real Estate Services, driven by her desire to make a meaningful impact in the industry. Her vision was clear: to empower clients by enhancing the efficiency of their agencies through streamlined processes, effective problem-solving, and exceptional client interactions. That same year, she began training various agencies on real estate management software, helping them navigate their trust accounting and rent rolls with confidence.
